We are a mixed community choir, started in January 2004, and led by experienced musicians and choir leaders Kate O'Connell and Bill Henderson. We sing inspirational songs from around the world: African, East European, Gaelic, Welsh, World Music, Taize, Traditional, Contemporary, and many more.

We offer a safe atmosphere to discover and develop your natural singing voice. We are open to everyone, no auditions. No musical experience necessary, learning by ear.

The choir perform a concert at least once a year, and enjoy appearing at Community Festivals.

In Spring 2005, 25 members made a first trip to Iona where we sang in the Abbey. This has grown into a yearly tradition during October school holidays.

We have around 60 members, beginners and experienced singers, 40 of them regulars. We encourage people to come regularly to learn the songs but drop-in is also possible.
